Scrambled Egg & Spinach Recipe

COOKING TIME: 8 Mins

INGREDIENTS: 1 large egg, 1 slice of your favorite wholemeal bread, 2 ounces of baby spinach, 1 pat butter, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Crack the eggs into a bowl or jug. Add a little milk and season with salt and ground black pepper then whisk together with a fork. Place in a frying pan and stir for 4 mins. During this time, place your bread in a toaster for a min or two!

Wash your spinach and put in a pan with a small puddle of water. Cook on a medium fire for 3 mins.

When your eggs and spinach are cooked, place them on your toast.

There you have it......a delicious and quick breakfast!
